About Double G
Our History
Founded in 1971 by Eric Greenway and his business partner. Our company began as a small but ambitious manual engineering firm, establishing a strong reputation for precision engineering, reliability, quality workmanship and innovation.
In 1987, Robert Greenway joined the company, representing the 2nd generation of leadership and helping evolve the business through growth and technological advancements. A major milestone followed in 2004 with the installation of Double G’s first CNC machine, significantly enhancing our manufacturing capabilities, efficiency and accuracy.
In 2021, Louis Greenway joined the business as the 3rd generation, supporting Double G’s continued evolution whilst maintaining our long-standing values of craftsmanship, innovation and customer service.
Today, Double G Engineering Ltd builds on over five decades of engineering expertise, combining traditional skills with advanced machining technology. We have invested in automated manufacturing to improve production output and cost efficiency.
